We just launched Fitnio version 1.0.4 - it's available in the App Store now. This version is fully compatible with iPhone OS 3.0, and also features faster GPS connection times.
We can also say that we have some new features on the way in our next release made possible by iPhone OS 3.0. It's already been submitted for Apple's review, so it should be out soon.
